Safe and secure

De Sfinx has been awarded a Safe Residence certificate by the police. This certification is awarded to projects that put the safety of the residents first at every stage of the project. This also means that approved fixtures and fittings have been installed in every apartment.

Materials

During construction of De Sfinx, only high-quality, eco-friendly building materials were used. This is not only better for the environment, but also guarantees a longer life span for the building. The insulation conforms with modern standards and regulations; all windows are fitted with insulating glass, they all comply with the Buildings Decree, and they can be easily adapted for disabled use.

Guarantee and warranty

The De Sfinx apartment complex was constructed according to the guarantee and warranty scheme for apartments, set by the Stichting Garantie Instituut Woningbouw (National Home Warranty Institute). The objective of this scheme is to give extra assurance to residents over and above the legal and contractual obligations and liabilities to which Rijswijk Wonen Projectontwikkeling BV is subject.
